Bridges currently has three employment programs:
The Outsource Center - Located at The Bridges Foundation, the Outsource Center employs clients who can relieve your company of a variety of job functions, allowing your employees to focus on their core competencies. Possible jobs include sub-assembly, packaging, and sorting.
Work Crews - Groups of 4-6 clients are accompanied by a trained job coach to complete on-site projects. Possible projects include cleaning, lawn care, clerical work or packaging and assembly.
Individual Placement - For businesses looking for one or more dependable long-term employees, Bridges can match a client to your specific needs. A job coach will provide all initial training and remain available for continued support for the life of the employment relationship.
