Our Programs
Bridges' continuum of care includes three employment programs:
The Outsource Center:
- Positive and safe work environment located at Bridges.
- Includes vocational and behavioral training.

Job coaches teach, train, model and mold positive work behavior and skills.

Clients are paid a piece rate based on their personal productivity.

Client to Staff ratio is approximately 10:1.

A great starting point for clients of any level.
Community Work Groups:

Groups of 4-6 clients complete work at local businesses.

All groups are accompanied by a trained job coach.

Clients are integrated within the community.

Clients receive on the job training.

Paid sub-minimum to minimum wage.

Individual Placement:

Trained job specialists assess the client's needs.

Clients are then matched with employers.

Job specialists assist with the application and interview process.

On the job training is provided.

On-going employment support is always available.

Clients are paid a prevailing wage with any available benefits from the employer.

In all cases an employment specialist will:
- Assess client goals and desires
- Match client to a fitting work environment
- Provide training (on site, if applicable) and remain available for support and re-training

The Living Skills Program:
This program is a favorite among clients who receive one-on-one attention from a professional special-needs teacher. Clients receive training in reading, money skills, living skills and social etiquette.
